Returns & Refunds Policy
Return window: 30 days from delivery for most unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Non‑returnable items: Gift cards, custom/personalised items, opened fragrance/diffuser oils, used candles, clearance/final‑sale items.
Condition: Items must be unused and in resellable condition. Please pack breakables carefully.
How to start a return: Email returns@untitledsquare.com with your order number and reason. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.
